Speak Out For Israel

The pen is mightier than the sword

AACI-Netanya will host a letter writing workshop on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, from 10:00 am - noon. The workshop will be led by CAMERA's 2015 Letter Writer of the Year, Alan Stein. CAMERA (www.camera.org) stands for the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America and is the most active organization responding to biased, anti-Israel reporting in the United States.

Alan Stein
Even if you've never before written a letter to a newspaper, you'll come out of this workshop with the confidence and skills needed to write effectively. The workshop will make use of materials produced by CAMERA and used effectively at previous workshops, including a CAMERA hosted workshop led by Dr. Stein in Jerusalem in December.

This letter writing workshop is offered in response to requests made at the January "You can make a difference" Coffee and ... program Stein organised to galvanise English speakers in Netanya to join a similar group in Jerusalem in responding to biased English-language media mostly outside Israel but also within Israel, particularly when items are published to which a response from someone living in Israel will be especially effective.

Come to the workshop. Speak out for Israel. Make your pen mightier than the sword. You can make a difference.
